New iPad loses photostream pictures

I have got new iPad (Verizon 4G) 32GB. Photostream was working fine until today. It didn't add the new photos that were taken on my iPhone and started to lose all pictures. Finally just showing an empty photo stream on the iPad. But they did show in iPhoto on MacBook Pro. I tried turning photostream off and on, restarted iPad, but it's still not syncing. Then I got home and took it on my wifi
