New iPad bluetooth not connecting to Mac

When I tried to connect my new iPad to Mac OSX 10.6 via bluetooth, the device was pairing successfully but it was not connecting. I just got the error message: "The device does not have the necessary services." How can I fix the issue?You can't connect your iPad to Mac via Bluetooth. Bluetooth with iPad is only pairing with headphone, headset, wireless speakers and keyboard devices.
