Contacts app crashes after iPad 2 update to iOS5

I have a brand new iPad 2 and updated to iOS 5 with set up iCloud. But I am unable to access contacts. When I tap contact app and it just crashes. In the settings, opening mail, contacts, calanders crashes too. Try resetting and rebooting the device several times, and not working. How can I fix the issues?There is a similar solution.
