Airport utility app for iPad

I have used an iPad 2 extensively on business trips and take my Airport Express for hooking up in non wifi hotels for when I travel. I don't want to take my MacBook Air with me. Is there a Airport utility app to set up the airport express, airport extreme or time capsule, like using on my Mac. There isn't such an iPad app since now. I also hope Apple comes out with an Airport Utility for iOS
