How many books can an iPad 2 hold

I have an iPad 2 16G WiFi and am going to use iBooks app to read ebooks on it. How many books can an iPad 2 hold?Easily into the thousands. That depends on the size of the books and what else do you have on the iPad. I have about 213 pdf books that is 92 MB on my iPad.
