Facetime Could not sign in

My iPad 2 is runninh iOS 4.3.2. When I try to log into Facetime, I get the error message "Could not sign in – please check your network connection". How can I fix the issue?Many iPad users have been reporting many Facetime problems on anything earlier than 4.2.3. Just try installing the latest iOS 4.2.3.
