How to sync one Album from iPhoto to iPad

I made a photo album in iPhoto with 600 photos. How can I sync just one Album from iPhoto to my iPad 2, not the whole library?* First connect your iPad to your Mac.* In iTunes on the left sidebar under "Devices", choose your iPad.* Click "Photos" on the top bar and choose "Selected" and then check the specific photo albums you wanted to sync.
